Kim’s Illness and Passing After suffering a series of severe and debilitating brain bleeds, starting on September 7th, 2015, Kim was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. Although this was successfully removed, the cancer had already metastasized to his lungs. After a long and brave battle, with Jane and his children by his side, Kim succumbed to his illness on November 23rd, 2016. Matt Yong Adoption Matt Young was abandoned at two years old. Matt was born with an overgrowth syndrome that developed on the right side of his face. Kim and Jane were drawn to Matt as his plight was so severe and he needed urgent medical attention, which was not available in China. After many months of trying to get help and running into many obstacles , Kim and Jane decided to adopt Matt so that he could receive the life-saving medical surgeries he so desperately needed in the USA....

2012 – 2015: House of Destiny Facility

House of Destiny In order to accommodate an ever-increasing congregation as well as to expand Kim’s musical expression, Kim moved the location of his studio to new larger premises in Camarillo, CA. The new House of Destiny facility also incorporated all the latest technical advancements to improve streaming capability and quality. 2011: Li-Anne and Mia Adoptions

Li-Anne and Mia Adoptions The devastating earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan in March of 2011, and the images of the many children that lost their families because of this, prompted Jane to look into adoption. Her attention was drawn to China and the plight of the vast number of abandoned special needs children that were in search of families and medical help. 2008-2011: “The Den”

“The Den” In 2008, Kim was invited to do a concert on Mt. Carmel in Israel. It was during this trip – while Kim and Jane were participating on a Christian TV program at a local studio – that Jane came up with the idea of creating a studio for Kim  back in the USA. A small office space was rented and “The Den” was birthed, broadcasting three times weekly via the internet. California God instructed Kim to start a work in Hollywood. After ministering at various locations in and around Los Angeles, Kim got a word from God “Build me an altar and I will send the rain.” Kim also recalled that Prophet Roger Teal prophesied in 1984 that Kim and Jane’s last season in ministry would be on the west coast of the USA, and that Kim’s music would be in everyone’s ears.
